nice breakfast friendly owner rundown street uncomfortable beds
The breakfast was nice. It included good quality produce. the owner was friendly.
The street looked run down. I did not like that. the beds were quite uncomfortable to sleep on, unfortunately.

fabulous host extra mile excellent communication uncomfortable bed early light limited breakfast
simon was a fabulous host. he went the extra mile to meet my needs. the communication between simon and me was excellent.
the beds were the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on. there were blinds, not curtains, so it was light very early. the breakfast was not a choice.

immaculate stay near the seafront
spacious room modern decor flat screen tv excellent pressure
The family room was quite spacious and very modern. the decor felt updated, and i noticed mod cons like alexa for controlling the lights. a flat screen tv was included, and i could cast to it. Plenty of channels were available. the water pressure in the shower was excellent!
The street outside seemed a bit run down. it didn't affect the hotel's quality.

Breakfast included a variety of cereals with toppings. fresh juice was offered, as well as milk for tea and coffee. the breakfast used good quality produce. Simon prepares it with great care.

fantastic stay!
helpful host renovated room hot shower perfect breakfast
simon was helpful. the room was renovated recently. it was clean and the shower was hot. the hotel is close to the beach, a few minutes walk. breakfast was cooked perfectly and simon was open to requests.
The street outside was a little unsightly. That is not the hotel's fault.

early sunlight low quality sausage
the blinds did not block enough light SO early morning sunlight disturbed my sleep. the sausage AT breakfast seemed low quality. the street looked quite run DOWN.

simon was very cute. he. the room was clean and spacious. the ensuite was also very clean and had complimentary shower gel.
the beds were uncomfortable. it was light at 4.30am because of blinds without curtains. the sausage at breakfast seemed cheap and not very nice. unfortunately the street looks run down.
